          Hudson Realty Capital's Bridge-to-HUD Loan Program

          Hudson Realty Capital, a commercial real estate investment manager and FHA/HUD lender, has launched a new bridge-to-HUD loan program for multifamily properties, including market-rate, affordable, and senior housing. The firm plans to lend $800 million through this program over the next 36 months, offering loan sizes with the following characteristics:

           

          1. Loan sizes of $15 million to $50 million
          2. Up to 80 percent loan-to-value
          3. Up to 80 percent loan-to-cost
          4. 24 to 36 month loan term

           

          The program is designed to help owners stabilize operations before securing permanent HUD financing. Hudson’s leadership emphasizes its commitment to providing flexible solutions amid a cautious lending environment. With a track record of over $4.5 billion in transactions since 2003, the firm leverages its expertise in loan origination, servicing, and asset management to support multifamily growth.

           

          To date, the firm has issued more than $380 million in term sheets and is reviewing another $350 million in loan applications for the bridge program.
